摘要(Abstract)：

在分析总结电力技术培训模式缺点的基础上,结合实际情况提出了变电现场检修与培训相结合的1+1教育培训管理模式,并介绍了1+1管理模式的具体内容和目标。通过实践比较,证明了该模式的有效性,可提升专业人员的专业水平和操作技能,提高现场处置能力和工作效率。
On the basis of analyzing and summarizing disadvantages of power technology training mode, the paper brings forward a 1+1 education and training management mode that combines on-site maintenance with training; besides, it specifically introduces content and purpose of 1 +1 management mode. It is compared through practice that the mode is effective, and can improve expertise and operation skills of professionals and enhance on-site treatment ability and work efficiency.
