基于合约与现货联合竞价的发电侧竞价策略

摘要(Abstract):

电力市场改革不断向前推进,现货试点省份的现货市场已正式试运行。在此背景下研究了现货模式下的基本购电流程,对发电侧制定差价合约和现货合约组合竞价策略,通过差价合约为其锁定收益,规避现货价格波动的风险。研究构建基于合约与现货联合竞价的发电侧竞价模型,分析现货模式下发电侧的竞价组合策略的收益,为发电侧规避现货市场价格风险提供方法,最大化发电公司的收益,推进电力市场平稳有序发展。
Electricity market reform has been furthered and spot markets in pilot provinces are operating on a trial basis. In the context, the paper studies the electricity purchasing process under the spot mode and formulates a joint bidding strategy of contract for difference(CFD) and spot contract. Through CFD, the revenue can be locked and the risk of spot price fluctuation can be avoided. This paper studies to map out a generation side bidding strategy based on combined bidding of contract and spot and analyzes the revenue of the generation side combined bidding strategy under spot mode, providing a method for preventing spot market price risk, maximizing the revenue of power generation enterprises and promoting stable and orderly development of electricity market.
