台州电网无功电压状态分析及其问题探讨Analysis and Discussion on the Reactive Power voltage Status of Taizhou Electri Power Networks

摘要(Abstract)：
以台州电网两大典型方式的典型日数据为基础，剖析了电网无功电压工作中存在的问题，举例说明了现行经营政策与无功电压技术管理要求的矛盾，阐明了调整经营政策和加强技术管理的必要性，并提出了解决问题的一些思路。
Based on the typical data of the two typical operation modes in Taizhou electric networks, thispaper dissects the status of reactive power voltage, illustrates the contradiction between the present administration policy and the request of technology management for reactive power voltage, expounds thenecessity to adjust the administration policy and to strengthen the technology management. Furthermore, it gives some ways to resolve the problems.
