SCR脱硝系统中不同形状静态混合器的流场研究

摘要(Abstract):

为提升SCR脱硝烟道进口烟气的流场均匀性,利用FLUENT软件对SCR脱硝系统中加装不同形状静态混合器的流场进行研究,发现静态混合器可明显改善进入催化剂的烟气NH_3/NO_X分布,但对速度场无明显改善,且会增加系统阻力。圆形叶片静态混合器对流场的影响优于方形叶片静态混合器,更适用于脱硝系统。
In order to improve the flow field uniformity of the inlet gas from SCR denitrification flue, FLUENT software is used to study the flow field with static mixers of various shapes in SCR denitrification system.It is found that the static mixer can improve the distribution of flue gas NH_3/NO_Xin catalyst, but can hardly improve the speed field and increase the system resistance. The effect of circular-blade static mixer on flow field is better than that of square-blade static mixer, and is more suitable for denitrification system.
