考虑新能源参数调整的短路电流优化控制方法An optimal short-circuit current control method considering new energy parameter adjustment

摘要(Abstract):
随着电网规模的扩大和电源数目的增加,电力系统短路电流超标问题日益严重,常规短路电流控制措施越来越难以满足短路电流控制的要求。为了降低短路电流控制对电网产生的影响,提出了一种综合考虑新能源参数调整、停运线路和机组等多种控制措施的短路电流协调优化控制方法。考虑到控制措施对电网供电能力以及无功电压的影响,设计多优化目标,构建考虑多种约束条件的混合整数规划模型。对控制模型进行线性化处理,提出两阶段求解策略,以常规控制措施为主,新能源参数调整控制措施为辅,解决短路电流超标问题并提升短路电流安全运行裕度。通过省级区域电网算例仿真,验证了所提短路电流控制模型和求解方法的有效性。
With the expansion of power grids and the increase in power sources, excessive short-circuit current in power systems has become increasingly severe. Conventional short-circuit current control measures are increasingly inadequate to meet the requirements. To mitigate the impact of short-circuit current control on the grid, this paper proposes a coordinated optimal control method that comprehensively considers various measures, including renewable energy parameter adjustment, line outages, and unit decommitment. In view of the effects of control measures on grid power supply capacity and reactive voltage, multiple optimization objectives are designed, and a mixedinteger programming model incorporating various constraints is constructed. The control model is linearized, and a two-stage solution strategy is proposed, prioritizing conventional control measures supplemented by new energy parameter adjustment, to resolve short-circuit current exceedances and enhance the safety margin for short-circuit current operation. The effectiveness of the proposed short-circuit current control model and solution method is verified through a case study on a provincial-level regional power grid.
