摘要(Abstract):
针对发电厂海水冷却塔涂层运行后状态难以评价的问题,通过目视检查,厚度、粗糙度、附着力检测,对某发电厂特大型海水冷却塔防腐蚀涂层状态进行了评估。发现不同材料面上涂层老化速率显著不同,分析涂层老化速率差异的原因,并提出了根据不同材料制定不同防腐及涂层老化控制方式的策略,能够延长防腐涂层的预计寿命,减少区域性快速老化并恶化的可能性。
It is quite difficult to evaluate the coating state of the seawater cooling tower after its operation. By use of visual inspection, thickness, roughness and adhesive force detection, the anti-corrosion coating state of an oversize seawater cooling tower in a power station is evaluated. For the remarkably different ageing rates of coatings on different materials, the reasons are analyzed, and a strategy of determining anti-corrosion and ageing control method based on different materials is presented. This strategy can prolong the estimated life of anti-corrosion coating and decrease the possibility of fast ageing and deterioration in some areas.
