固定串补装置对特高压线路保护的影响及解决措施

摘要(Abstract):

为提高特高压线路输送功率,在特高压线路上安装了固定串补装置。分析了特高压串补线路在电压互感器不同的安装位置以及不同的故障点下,对线路保护距离元件和零序功率方向元件的影响,以及串补装置暂态过程产生的低频分量对线路保护的影响。介绍了特高压交流试验示范工程保护动模试验中暴露的与固定串补有关的问题及其解决办法。人工接地短路试验和多年的运行经验表明,经过优化完善的线路保护动作可靠,可以满足特高压交流系统安全稳定运行的需求。
Fixed cascade compensation devices are equipped on UHV lines to improve transmission efficiency.This paper analyzes the impact of UHV cascade compensation lines on line distance protection and zero sequence power directional elements, and the effect of low-frequency components produced in the transient process on line protection; besides, problems related to fixed cascade compensation in the pilot project of UHV AC tests and protection action model test, as well as the solutions, are introduced. Manual earthing short-circuit tests and years of operating experience show that the improved line protection action is reliable and can meet the operation safety and stability requirements of the UHV AC system.
