新能源及分布式电源接入浙江配电网适应性研究

摘要(Abstract):

为保障新能源及分布式电源与配电网的协调发展,促进浙江省新能源及分布式电源的快速发展,实现能源战略调整,转变电力发展方式,从电源类型、电压等级、城农网等不同纬度考虑,选取典型电网作为研究对象进行分析。从可靠性、负载率、短路电流、电能质量4个方面进行配电网的适应性研究,对比分析了电源接入前后电网运行状态的变化,并对配电网规划建设及运行提出建议。
To ensure the coordinated development of new energy, distributed generation and distribution network, and promote the rapid development of new energy and distributed generation in Zhejiang province to achieve energy strategy adjustment and transfer the power development mode, the type of generation, voltage level, urban and rural networks are considered to select typical networks for analysis. Adaptability research of distribution networks is conducted in terms of reliability, load rate, short circuit current and power quality to compare and analyze the change of grid operation state before and after power source integration; besides,suggestions on distribution networks planning, construction and operation are put forward.
