污秽绝缘子泄漏电流智能采集系统

摘要(Abstract):

文章描述一种高压绝缘子污秽泄漏电流的采集系统。该系统利用电磁感应和磁补偿的方法 ,设计了一种漏电流互感器 ,实现了污秽绝缘子表面泄漏电流的精确测量 ,经过数据分析和处理 ,系统实现了对绝缘子绝缘状况的实时监测 ,实验结果表明该采集系统能够适应泄漏电流大范围的变化 ,为研究污秽积聚过程提供了重要参考
In this paper,a kind of leakage current collection system for high voltage insulators will be deˉscribed.In this system,a kind of leakage current mutual inductance transducer is designed by the method of electromagnetic inductance and magnetism compensation,therefore accurate measurement of insulator leakage current is achieved.By analysing and processing data,the real-time monitor of insulator status is realized in the system.The result of experiments demonstrates that the system is adaptive to leakage curˉrent that varies in a large scope.In this way,the probability of flashover can be reduced and the reliabiliˉty of power supply system can be improved.
