金华换流站功率回降与安稳控制策略配合分析
Analysis on Power Setback and Safety-Stability Control Strategy Coordination in Jinhua Converter Station

摘要(Abstract):

金华换流站安稳控制系统是复奉-宾金直流安全稳定控制系统的重要组成部分,是保证复奉直流、宾金直流以及特高压互联电网安全稳定运行的重要设备之一。分析了特高压宾金直流受端500 k V安全稳定控制装置、直流功率回降装置的通道配置、运行方式和稳定控制策略,对引起直流功率回降的保护策略进行了归纳,并详细分析了其与宾金直流安稳系统的配合和执行流程,为进行快速事故处理提供了重要依据。
As an important part of safety-stability control system Fufeng-Binjin HVDC transmission lines,safety-stability control system in Jinhua converter station is one of the devices that ensure operation safety and stability of Fufeng DC lines, Binjin DC lines as well as UHV interconnected power networks. The paper analyzes channel configuration, operation mode and stability control strategy of 500 k V DC power setback device at receiving end of UHV Binjin DC transmission lines; in addition, it summarizes protection strategies that cause DC power setback and analyzes strategy to coordinate with safety-stability control system of Binjin DC transmission lines and the execution process, providing key basis for fast accident disposal.
