GGH烟气冷却器出口冷凝结露问题分析与处理

摘要(Abstract):

某新建母管制燃煤供热机组在热态启动调试初期,因GGH烟气冷却器出口冷凝结露引发紧急停炉事件。经现场检查,发现GGH烟气冷却器金属壁温小于烟气露点是引发结露的主要原因。对此,提出通过增强GGH烟气冷却器蒸汽加热器换热效果、提高电除尘相邻设备受热面温度、加强输灰等方法,有效缓解了电除尘进口冷凝结露现象,可供超低排放机组启动调试和低负荷运行参考。
In the initial stage of thermal start-up commissioning of a newly-built common header coal-fired heat supply units, emergency shutdown occurred due to condensation at the outlet of the GGH flue gas cooler.It is found through field detection that the condensation comes from the metal wall temperature of GGH that is lower than the dew point of flue gas. The paper suggests enhancing the heat exchange effect of the steam heater of GGH flue gas cooler, increasing the temperature of the heating surface of the adjacent equipment of ESP and strengthening the ash handling are to effectively alleviate the condensation at the ESP inlet, which provides a reference for the start-up commissioning and low-load operation of ultra-low emission unit.
