多源柔性电网灾变恢复智慧预案优化评估Evaluation of Smart Disaster Recovery Plan Optimization for Multi-source Flexible Grid

摘要(Abstract):
传统的电网灾变恢复静态预案已经无法适应当前多源馈入新型柔性电网的应急处置。为此,在传统的系统灾变恢复预案的指标基础上,考虑现代韧性电网的属性特征,增加适应当代多源柔性电网事故处置预案的新指标,构建适应柔性电网特点的新型灾变恢复智慧预案评估体系,并提出结合D-AHP(基于D数理论的层次分析法)和Poisson分布来确定指标权重和时间权重的综合权重建模方法,最后利用TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序法)对某新型区域电网的各分类预案进行排序。算例结果表明,所提方法能够有效评估新型电网灾变恢复智慧预案的科学性、可行性和完整性。
The traditional static disaster recovery plan for the power grid no longer suits the needs of emergency handling of the new multi-feed flexible power grid. Based on the indicators of the traditional disaster recovery plan, this paper adds new indicators that adapt to the emergency handling plan for the multi-feed flexible power grid and builds a new disaster recovery plan evaluation system that fits in with the characteristics of the contemporary power grid in view of features of the modern resilient power grid. It also proposes a comprehensive weight modeling method that combines the D-AHP(AHP method extended by D numbers preference relation) and Poisson distribution methods to determine the index weight and time weight. Finally, the TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) is used to sequence plans of all sorts for a new regional power grid. The results of calculation examples show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the scientificness, feasibility and integrity of the new smart disaster recovery plan.
