摘要(Abstract):

介绍了6FA燃气轮机进气加热系统的工作原理和主要保护,分析了某次进气加热系统故障引起机组跳机的原因。根据进气加热系统的结构,结合事件经过和事后检查结果,对故障进了分析处理。针对发电厂日常检修、管理过程的薄弱环节,提出了预控与改进的建议,为进一步增强燃气轮机机组安全性可靠性提供参考。
This paper mainly introduces the working principle and main protection of inlet bleed heat (IBH) system of 6FA gas turbine and analyzes the reasons for a tripping due to IBH fault. According to the structure of IBH and the causes of event and examination results, the fault was eliminated. The suggestions of precautions and improvement are provided in view of the weak links in the routine maintenance and management process for further enhancing the safety and reliability of the gas turbine unit.
