面向冗余量测的台区低压配电网潮流计算及应用

摘要(Abstract):

低压配电网潮流计算是低压台区配电网运行态势感知的重要基础计算。基于低压台区配电网特点,尤其是其潮流计算量测数据的精度以及冗余特点,提出了基于电流量测和功率量测的潮流计算方法。对某台区实际数据的计算分析表明,基于电流量测的计算精度高于基于功率量测的计算精度。同时,通过用户的潮流计算电压、电流和智能电表量测的电压、电流对比,可以分析发现量测异常或用户用电异常情况。
The power flow calculation is an important basic calculation method for situational awareness of the low-voltage distribution network. Based on the characteristics of the low-voltage distribution network, especially the accuracy of power flow calculation and redundancy characteristics, a power flow calculation method based on the current measurement and power measurement is proposed. The result of the case using the actual data of a low-voltage distribution network shows that the accuracy of the current measurement is better than that of power measurement. At the same time, many erroneous data can be found by comparing the voltage and current data calculated from power flow with the voltage and current data from the consumer′s smart meter, which can be analyzed to find measurement abnormality consumption abnormality of users.
