污泥掺烧对燃煤机组锅炉效率及环保系统的影响
Impact of Co-combustion of Sludge with Coal on Boiler Efficiency and Environmental Protection System of Coal-fired Generating Units

摘要(Abstract):

针对1台1 000 MW超超临界燃煤锅炉开展污泥掺烧过程中锅炉效率、重金属分布规律的试验研究与工程应用。试验污泥为生活污泥,含水率40%,掺烧比例为5%, 7%, 10%和12%,负荷为500 MW, 750 MW, 1 000 MW。通过采集现场飞灰、炉渣样品,在试验室进行飞灰和炉渣重金属浓度分析。研究结果表明:污泥掺烧后对锅炉效率影响比较小,固体不完全燃烧损失和灰渣物理热损失都比较小;高卡印尼煤为强结渣燃料,严重沾污性煤,因此现场燃用高卡印尼煤时,要加强锅炉吹灰。现场试验还获得了大量飞灰、炉渣在不同负荷及污泥掺烧比例下的重金属分布规律。
Test research of boiler efficiency, distribution rule of heavy metals and engineering application in co-combustion of sludge with coal in a 1 000 MW supercritical coal-fired boiler are carried out. The sludge for the test is sewage sludge with a moisture percentage of 40%, the blending proportions of 5%, 7%, 10% and 12%, and loads of 500 MW, 750 MW and 1 000 MW. By field gathering of fly ash, slag samples,heavy metal concentration analysis is completed in the laboratory. The research result shows that co-combustion of sludge with coal has little impact on boiler efficiency with incomplete combustion loss of solid and physical heat loss; high-calorie Indonesian coal tends very much to slagging and of great contamination.Therefore, soot blowing of the boiler needs to be strengthened during the combustion of high-calorie Indonesian coal. Also, distribution rules of heavy metals in massive fly ash and slagging under different loads and with co-combustion proportions of sludge with coal are obtained.
