摘要(Abstract)：
简述了浙江电网发展的三个阶段，以及电网发展各个阶段的稳定特点和稳定控制技术开发和应用的重点，对曾经付诸实施的稳定控制装置情况进行了简要回顾。
The three stages of the development of Zhejiang grid and the characteristics of the syStem stability as well as the focus of the stability control techniques at each stage are briefly described. A review is made to the stability control apparatus which has ben applied in the grid.
