摘要(Abstract):

由于锅炉性能试验规程ASME PTC 4-2013与GB 10184-88有较大差异,从适用范围、性能试验程序、相关概念的定义、测量方法、热效率计算方法及修正方法等方面对这两个规程进行对比,分析两者主要差异。并以某660 MW燃煤机组依据ASME规程的热效率测试结果为例,分析空预器进出口的烟气成分和温度、进风温度、环境条件、煤质、灰渣等参数对锅炉热效率的影响程度,以帮助理解和分析锅炉热损失的原因。
The differences in application range, performance test procedures, concept definition, measurement methods, thermal efficiency calculation methods and corrections between the boiler performance test codes ASME PTC 4-2013 and GB 10184-88 are compared and analyzed in this paper. Besides, the effect degree of flue gas components and temperature of air preheater inlet and outlet, intake air temperature, environmental conditions, coal quality and slag on boiler thermal efficiency is analyzed based on the performance test of a 660 MW coal-fired unit in compliance with ASME code. This work would be helpful to understand and analyze reasons of thermal losses of boiler.
