10kV配电装置母分间隔防误回路的改进

摘要(Abstract):

配电装置的防误操作闭锁回路能有效防止误操作事故的发生,当母分隔离小车处在"试验"与"运行"位置之间的自由位置(既不在试验位置,也不在工作位置,而是在中间位置)时分合断路器,会引起触头拉弧而导致事故,因此母分间隔的防误回路中有必要增加"母分隔离小车在自由位置时,闭锁断路器合闸"的功能。通过分析现行的母分间隔电气防误回路,根据10 k V金属铠装移开式开关柜的结构特点,提出"在合闸回路中实现开关闭锁功能"和"固定操作顺序实现开关闭锁功能"2种改进方法,从而完善母分间隔的防误回路,能有效地消除事故隐患。
The anti-maloperation locking circuit of the power distribution device can effectively prevent the occurrence of the maloperation accident.When the busbar split car is at the free position between the "test" and "run",the circuit breaker operation can cause accident due to arc between contactors.Therefore,the antimaloperation circuit of the busbar sectional unit is necessary to increase the function of "locking the breaker when the busbar split trolley is in the free position(the trolley is neither in the test position nor in the work position,but in the middle position)".Through analyzing the anti-maloperation electric interlocking circuit of the power distribution device,the paper indicates the shortage of anti-maloperation circuit.According to the structural characteristics of 10 k V metal clad withdrawable switch cabinet,the paper proposes " increasing switch locking function in the closing loop" and "fixing operation sequence to actualize switch interlocking function" to perfect anti-maloperation circuit of busbar sectional separate unit and eliminate hidden hazards.
