一起避雷器泄漏电流异常增大特殊案例分析

摘要(Abstract):

MOA在运行中出现泄漏电流异常增大时,一般认为由外部环境、内部受潮和阀片劣化造成。现场巡视时发现一只投运3年的MOA仅遭2次雷击便出现泄漏电流异常增大的情况。通过对该避雷器进行带电检测、停电出厂试验和解体观察等分析,逐步排除了外部环境、内部受潮和家族性阀片劣化等可能。结合现场落雷情况和短时间内2次大电流冲击试验,结果表明,该避雷器短时间内遭受了2次雷击,大量热量堆积致使阀片内低阻通道融穿,导致泄漏电流异常增大。
Sharp leakage current increase during MOA operation generally results from external environment,internal moisture and valve plate deterioration. It was found during field inspection that there was increased leakage current in MOA with lightning strike twice after operation of only three years. By live detection of the MOA, diagnostic test and disintegration observation and analysis, the factors such as external environment,internal moisture and familial valve plate deterioration are excluded. In line with field lightning strike and twice large current shock in short time, it is concluded that the accumulated mass heat from the lightning strikes melted low resistance channel and therefore sharply increased the leakage current.
