低压变频器辅助电压穿越方案分析Analysis of Auxiliary Voltage Ride Through Solution for LV Frequency Converter

摘要(Abstract):
梳理了可能导致发电厂厂用电电压跌落的多种故障情况,分析了发电厂一类辅机低压变频器的低电压运行风险和危害,指出交流电源出现低电压时变频器自我保护而跳闸停机的必然性。研究了通过变频器自身设计、逻辑优化和工频备用等方式解决低电压穿越问题的可行性,并在此基础上,分析了各类辅助电压支撑装置解决低电压穿越问题的原理,重点对比了各种常见低电压穿越支撑方案的特点、优劣及其可行性,为低压变频器低电压穿越能力提升改造工作提供参考。
The paper summarizes various faults that cause auxiliary power voltage drop in power plants and analyzes risks and hazards in low voltage operation of LV frequency converter of class-A auxiliary units;moreover,it indicates the inevitability of tripping and shutdown of frequency converter in case of low voltage in AC power due to self-protection.The paper investigates the feasibility of low voltage ride through by means of frequency converter design,logic optimization,power frequency reserve,etc.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the principle of low voltage ride through solution of all types of voltage support devices and compares characteristics,advantages and disadvantages as well as feasibility of various low voltage ride through support schemes,providing reference for improving and upgrading low voltage ride through capability of LV frequency converter.
