相邻变电站交互型广域后备保护应对站用直流失压方法

摘要(Abstract):

变电站发生站用直流失压后,只能依靠相邻变电站的远后备保护动作切除故障。由于电网结构日益复杂,传统的继电保护整定配合困难,很多情况下远后备功能难以实现。为此,提出一种基于相邻变电站信息交互的广域后备保护方法,通过检测相邻变电站发送的站用直流失压信号,投入2种距离保护进行判断:第一种为能保护线路全长的距离保护,满足判据立即跳闸;第二种为能保护到下一级线路全长的距离保护,满足判据经延时跳闸。算例分析结果验证了该广域后备保护方法的有效性。
After substation's DC power loss, the removal of faults can only rely on the remote backup protection of adjacent substations. With the network structure becomes increasingly complicated and corporation failure of traditional relay protection setting, remote backup is often quite difficult to be realized. This paper proposes a method of wide-area backup protection based on information interaction with adjacent substation.By checking the signal of substation's DC power loss from adjacent substations, it uses two types distance protection to determine fault. The first one protects the whole transmission line and acts immediately in case the protection criterion is satisfied; the second one can protect the whole transmission line and the next line, and acts after a time-delayin case the protection criterion is satisfied. The analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of the wide-area backup protection method.
