充油电缆终端局部放电超声波检测方法及频率特征Partial Discharge Ultrasonic Detection Method and Frequency Characteristics at Oil-filled Cable Terminal

摘要(Abstract):
为了有效地检测充油电缆终端的潜伏性绝缘故障,采用声场有限元分析方法研究充油电缆终端局部放电声场分布特点,提出采用光纤F-P(法布里-珀罗)传感器检测终端液-固复合绝缘局部放电的方法。该方法采用典型电极模型模拟液-固复合绝缘局部放电故障,利用不同固有频率的F-P传感器和压电陶瓷传感器共同探测局部放电声信号,分析液-固复合介质局部放电声发射的频率分布特征。研究结果表明:充油电缆终端内绝缘局部放电声波可沿高模量固体传播且形成有利于光纤F-P传感器检测的强声场区;典型液-固绝缘局部放电超声波频率在40~180 kHz范围较丰富。明确充油电缆终端局部放电声场分布范围和频率特征,可有效提高局部放电检测灵敏度,提高局部放电检出成功率。
In order to effectively detect latent insulation faults at oil-filled cable terminals,the finite element analysis method of acoustic field is used to study the characteristics of partial discharge acoustic field distribution at oilfilled cable terminals,and the method of using fiber optic F-P(Fabry-Perot)sensors to detect partial discharge of terminal liquid-solid composite insulation is proposed. The method uses a typical electrode model to simulate the partial discharge fault of liquid-solid composite insulation,employs F-P sensors with different intrinsic frequencies and piezoelectric ceramic sensors to jointly detect the partial discharge acoustic signal,and analyzes the frequency distribution characteristics of the partial discharge acoustic emission of liquid-solid composite medium. The results show that:the partial discharge acoustic wave of the insulation inside the oil-filled cable terminal can propagate along the high modulus solid and form a strong acoustic field area which is favorable to the detection of the fiber optic F-P sensor;the typical liquid-solid insulation partial discharge ultrasonic wave frequency is rich in the range of40~180 kHz. Clarifying the distribution range and frequency characteristics of partial discharge sound field in oilfilled cable terminals can effectively improve the sensitivity of partial discharge detection and increase the success rate of partial discharge detection.
