摘要(Abstract):
弹性配电系统要求配电网在遭遇严重自然灾害后应具有迅速恢复供电的能力,而恢复电力供应的前提是修复受损的配电网络,因此需优化配置应急检修工作以减少负荷中断的时间间隔。对此,提出辐射状配电网灾后修复计划优化方法。首先,分析了配电网弹性指标与停电损失之间的关系;其次,以停电损失最小化为目标函数,采用软优先级约束建立配电网恢复供电修复计划的混合整数规划模型;最后,通过算例分析验证所提方法的有效性。
Resilient distribution systems require the distribution network to be able to quickly restore power supply after severe natural disasters while the prerequisite for restoring power supply is to repair the damaged power distribution network. Therefore, emergency repair work should be optimized to reduce the duration of load interruption. This paper proposes an optimization method for post-disaster restoration scheduling of radial distribution networks; firstly, it analyzes the relationship between the resilience index of the distribution network and the outage loss; secondly, the minimum outage loss is taken as objective function and a mixed integer programming model for restoration scheduling of distribution networks is established by soft precedence constraint; finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by example analysis.
