摘要(Abstract)：

随着智能电网的发展及调控一体化进程进一步深入,对电网的平稳运行及优质可靠供电的要求也越来越高。针对现有监控系统在电网稳定监视及辅助分析等方面的不足,提出并开发了基于海讯实时数据库的电网运行状态监控、分析及预警系统,详细介绍了系统的基本架构、设计思路和主要功能。
With the development of smart grid and deepening of dispatch & control integration,more stable operation of power grid and more reliable power supply are required.Aiming at disadvantages of present monitoring system in grid stability monitoring and analysis support,the paper proposes and develops grid operation state monitoring,analysis and alarming system,and expounds basic framework,design idea and main functions of the system.
