摘要(Abstract):
某500 k V变电站发生一起因避雷器倾倒引起CVT(电容式电压互感器)分压电容短路并导致保护电压继电器闭锁事故。通过对500 k V CVT现场情况及故障录波图的分析,并结合分析500 k V CVT内部结构及分压原理,计算了由于分压电容短路导致二次侧过电压倍数,计算结果与现场实际情况一致,以此可确定故障原因为避雷器砸中CVT第一、二节间金属连接部分致使第一节电容被短路,为分析CVT类似故障提供了一种可行的判断方法。
This paper introduces short-circuit of capacitive voltage divider of CVT(capacitive voltage transformer) and lock-in of protective voltage relay due to arrester collapse in a 500 k V substation. Based on the on-site situation analysis of the 500 k V CVT and the fault recording as well as its internal structure and voltage dividing principle, secondary side overvoltage multiple caused by capacitive voltage divider is calculated.The calculation result is in consistence with the on-site situation. Therefore, it is determined that the fault is caused by collision between the arrester and the first and second metal connections, which causes short-circuit of the first capacitor. It is a feasible method for similar CVT faults judgment.
