摘要(Abstract):

某发电厂660 MW超超临界机组的凝结水控制系统在高负荷时调节品质优良、经济性良好,但是在低负荷及高低负荷切换时,出现了除氧器水位和凝结水泵出口压力参数波动、凝结水泵经济性下降等问题。通过对控制策略的分析和优化,提高了凝结水控制系统在低负荷时的稳定性和经济性。
The condensate water system of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant was of good quality and economy under high load. However, during switching from low load to high load, parameters of deaerator water level and outlet pressure of condensate water pump fluctuated, and economy of condensate water pump decreased. After control strategy analysis and optimization, stability and economy of condensate water system under low load are enhanced.
