摘要(Abstract):

构建了一套基于项目生命周期理论与正态分布拟合技术的电网项目预警模型,用于项目全过程关键节点的预警分析。一方面将项目生命周期理论融合电网项目特性,建立了一套项目全过程监控指标体系;另一方面基于正态分布理论进行时间节点量化、多维数据模拟、预警区间设置,建立了项目全过程监控预警模型。通过主网项目进行实证分析,为综合计划项目优化提升工作提供理论依据。
Based on the project life cycle theory and the normal distribution fitting technique, an early warning model of power grid project was established to analyze the early warning of key nodes in the whole process of the project. On the one hand, the theory of project life cycle is integrated into the characteristics of power grid project to establish a set of monitoring index system for the whole process of project; on the other hand,time node quantization, multidimensional data simulation and early warning interval setting are carried out based on the normal distribution theory, and a whole-process monitoring and early warning model is established. Through the empirical analysis of the main network project, it provides the theoretical basis for the optimization and promotion of the comprehensive plan project.
