摘要(Abstract):
介绍了某1 000 MW火电机组电除尘控制系统改造案例,对原有PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)控制系统存在的问题及一体化改造的必要性进行了研究,分析了改造中控制逻辑组态、网络通信方式、远程操作及就地切换方式等问题,并给出了解决方案。改造后控制系统可靠性明显提高,运行人员监盘强度降低,环保风险降低,节能减排效果较好。
This paper introduces the retrofit of the electric dedusting control system for a 1 000 MW thermal power generating unit and investigates the existing problems of the original PLC(programmable logic controller) control system and the necessity of integration retrofit; besides, it analyzes the control logic configuration, network communication mode, remote operation and local switching mode and gives the solutions. The reliability of the control system is obviously improved, the monitoring intensity of the personnel is reduced,the environment protection risk is reduced, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is better.
