1030MW机组汽轮机汽门调试中出现的问题分析

摘要(Abstract):

在进行某1030 MW机组汽轮机汽门调试时,发现由于控制逻辑、设备安装与油质控制等问题导致调门工作多次出现异常,分析和处理后问题得到了解决,经汽门快关时间测试,各汽门均满足相关要求,在设备出厂、资料交付、油质控制、现场安装与调试等方面给出了相应建议。
During steam valves commissioning of 1030 MW unit steam turbine, abnormities due to control logic, equipment installation and oil quality control are detected in the commissioning work and finally get eliminated through analysis and treatment. After test on fast shutdown time, it is proved that all the steam valves can meet the requirements; moreover, suggestions on equipment delivery, document handover, oil quality control, field installation and commissioning are given in this paper.
