摘要(Abstract):
针对某发电厂1000 MW机组轴瓦振动异常的问题,进行轴系的轴振和瓦振测试试验,分析振动异常的原因,查明发电机组瓦振超标的根本原因是发电机转子存在二阶质量不平衡,发电机轴承及支撑系统刚度偏低,导致发生结构共振。采取调节运行参数、在发电机顶部压砂袋、紧固发电机底脚螺栓等减振措施后,瓦振仍然较大。最后,通过在发电机膛内转子护环上配重,彻底解决了发电机瓦振大的问题。
In view of abnormal vibration of bearing bush of 1000 MW generator sets in a power plant, shaft and bearing vibration tests were conducted to analyze the causes. It was found that the exceeded vibration was caused by second-order mass unbalance and poor stiffness of generator bearing and support system that led to structural resonances. After adjusting operating parameters, piling sandbags on generator top and fastening foot bolts, the vibration remained fierce. Finally, the vibration is thoroughly eliminated by a counterweight on guarding ring of rotor in the generator chamber.
