利用密封风机进行锅炉冬季保温的研究Study on Boiler Insulation Technology Using Seal Fan in Wintertime

摘要(Abstract):
针对新疆某350 MW超临界机组由于设备未能及时到货,导致机组冬季保温较差的问题,创新性地提出了一种利用密封风机和微油暖风器分别作为介质动力源和热源的冬季锅炉炉膛内部保暖升温技术,该技术具有响应速度快、操作简便、可控性强的特点,在实际应用中取得了理想效果。该技术的成功应用,也为锅炉在冬季低气温条件下进行水压试验提供了一个新的技术支持。
In view of poor thermal insulation of a 350 MW supercritical unit in Xinjiang in winter due to equipment arrival behind time. In this paper, a new heating technology is proposed, which uses seal fan and micro oil heater as medium power source and heat source respectively. The technology is characterized by fast response, simple operation and strong controllability, and has achieved ideal results in practical application.The successful application of this technology also provides a new technical support for the water pressure test of boiler under the condition of low temperature in winter.
