提升配电网恢复效率的抢修策略优化研究Optimization of Emergency Repair Strategy for Restoration Efficiency Improvement of Distribution Network

摘要(Abstract):
自然灾害在造成配电网停电的同时往往伴随配电网设备的损坏。为了加快配电网故障恢复的速度,提出了一种提升配电网恢复效率的抢修策略优化方法。首先,根据配电网韧性评估的概念定义恢复效率,探讨抢修策略优化对配电网恢复效率的影响;然后,以系统损失电量最小为目标构建抢修策略优化模型,并利用贪心算法求解得到提升配电网恢复效率的优化抢修策略。最后,以IEEE 33节点配电网系统为算例仿真及验证,结果表明所提方法能有效提升配电网的恢复效率。
Natural disasters cause power outage of the distribution network, which often goes with the damage of the distribution network equipment. To accelerate the restoration of the distribution network, this paper proposes an optimized emergency repair strategy for restoration efficiency improvement of the distribution network. Firstly, the restoration efficiency is defined by the concept of distribution network resilience assessment, and the impact of emergency repair strategy optimization on distribution network restoration efficiency is expounded; secondly, a repair strategy optimization model is constructed to minimize the power loss of the system, and the greedy algorithm is used to conclude an optimized repair strategy for restoration efficiency improvement of the distribution network. Finally, the IEEE 33-bus distribution system is used for simulation and verification, and the results indicate that the proposed method can effectively improve the restoration efficiency of the distribution network.
