电网班组管理APP模型的开发及应用Research and Application of APP Model based on Gird Team Management

摘要(Abstract):
对现阶段的电网企业班组管理模式进行分析,提出其中存在的问题及缺陷。为此建立了电网班组管理APP模型,根据不同的问题设置对应的功能模块,针对性地解决现阶段电网班组人工管理模式的不足,从而提高班组管理的便捷性、灵活性以及交互性,促进班组和企业的凝聚力。并按工龄将电网班组管理APP服务对象分为3类人群,根据各个人群特点设置虚拟辅助系数,根据不同辅助系数建立分类图表进行对比讨论,最后验证电网班组管理APP模型的效益性以及针对性。
This paper analyzes the existing mode of the gird team management and presents the problems and defects therein. Therefore, a model of the grid team management APP(application program) is established, and the corresponding function modules are installed based on different issues to solve the defects of the existing grid team management mode specifically to enhance the convenience, flexibility and interaction of the team management as well as cohesion of the team and enterprise. In addition, the service objects of the APP are divided into three groups according to seniority, and virtual supporting coefficient is set according to various characteristics of the groups; moreover, classification charts are drawn for comparison and discussion on the basis of supporting coefficient. In the final, benefit and pertinence of the grid team management APP is verified.
