摘要(Abstract)：

通过建立风险管控体系,实现安全生产管理关口前移,更新了安全管理理念,深化了企业安全管理工作。对于形成安全生产预控机制,规避和化解安全风险,有效控制各类安全事故,保障企业安全发展、科学发展具有重要意义。
Through establishing risk management system, management checkpoint of safety production is moved forward, safety management concept is updated and enterprise safety management business is deepened, which is of great significance to the establishment of safety production pre-control mechanism, safety risks hedging and resolving, effective control over various safety accidents and guarantee of safe and scientific development of enterprises.
