电气设备硬质铝合金部件腐蚀研究

摘要(Abstract):

不同电气设备中以2A12铝合金为原材料制备的部件接连出现粉末化、层状剥落等现象,影响设备的正常运行。运用光学显微镜、火花放电原子发射光谱仪、 SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、 EDS(能谱分析技术)等技术对部件失效的原因进行分析。结果表明, 2A12铝合金部件失效部位表面分布着大量颗粒状、球状、龟裂泥土状的腐蚀产物,且部分腐蚀产物中含有较高浓度的腐蚀元素S(硫)。腐蚀产物在应力作用下挤压膨胀,从而导致2A12铝合金部件发生开裂、粉末化或层状剥落。
In several pieces of electrical equipment, the components made of 2A12 aluminium alloy have some problems such as powdering and peeling, which affects the operation of the equipment. Optical microscopy, spectrometer, SEM, EDS and other techniques are adopted to analyze the reasons for 2A12 aluminium alloy component failure. The result indicates that a large number of corrosion products distribute on the surface of the failure parts of 2A12 aluminium alloy components, and some of the corrosion products contain a high concentration of corrosion element Sulphur. The corrosion products extrude and expand under stress, which results in cracking, powdering or peeling of 2A12 aluminium alloy components.
