一种基于网格分形理论的电力系统故障选相方法
A Fault Phase Selection Method for Power System Based on Mesh Fractal Theory

摘要(Abstract):

针对传统故障选相方法的不足,提出了一种基于网格分形理论的电力系统故障相判别新方法。基于电力系统正常运行时电流波形接近于标准正弦波形,其网格数是一个常数;而系统发生故障时,其网格数会发生突变的基本特征,并引入电流的非正弦度来描述波形畸变程度。经过与传统方法对比,网格分形法不仅能够快速准确地判定不对称故障、对称故障的故障相别,而且对弱馈和高阻接地工况也有足够的灵敏度。在PSCAD仿真软件中进行模型搭建与仿真验证,证明了该方法的有效性,并将该方法应用于电网的故障录波智能分析中。
A new method of fault phase discrimination based on mesh fractal theory is proposed. Based on the fundamental feature of the mesh fractal theory(the current waveform is close to the standard sine waveform,and the mesh number is a constant; while the system fault occurs, the mesh number changes suddenly), the paper introduces non-sinusoidal fractal to describe the waveform distortion degree. In contrast to traditional methods, it is indicated that the mesh fractal method can not only determine fault phase of unsymmetrical faults and symmetrical faults quickly and accurately but also it has enough sensitivity to weak infeed and high resistance earthing. By modeling and simulation in PSCAD, the effectiveness of the method is verified; by application in intelligent analysis of grid fault record, the practicability of the method is proved.
