一起GIS支柱绝缘子内部击穿故障的定位与分析

摘要(Abstract):

介绍某变电站GIS(气体绝缘全封闭组合电器)支柱绝缘子内部击穿故障的发生过程,结合故障电流分布与SF6分解产物检测精确定位了故障气室;通过对支柱绝缘子的故障解体,分析了该内部故障发生的可能原因,探讨了绝缘子内部局部缺陷、绝缘子与金属嵌件交界面缝隙等因素与其局部放电、电树枝引发、击穿放电的交互影响规律。最后结合SF6分解产物检测结果,分析了GIS SF6各分解产物产生的影响因素及其所表征的绝缘状况,为现场GIS故障和潜伏性故障的分解物检测提供参考。
In this paper, the inner breakdown failure of supporting insulator in GIS equipment of substation is introduced briefly. By combination of fault current distribution and SF6 decomposition products detection, the fault chamber is located accurately. The possible causes of this inner failure are analyzed through disassembly of the fault supporting insulator. The mutual influence rules among the partial discharge, electric trees induction, breakdown and the inner partial defects of supporting insulator, the interface aperture between insulator and metal insert are discussed. Finally, the influencing factors of SF6 decomposition product detection and the representative insulation condition are analyzed by combing the SF6 decomposition products detection, which provides references of field decomposition products detection for GIS fault and latent fault.
