GIS高压隔离开关机械特性在线监测装置的研究与设计

摘要(Abstract):

国际大电网会议统计数据表明,GIS(气体绝缘封闭组合电器)高压隔离开关机械故障大多来自于操作机构,而操作机构驱动电机线圈电流是反映其机械特性的重要参数。为实现对高压隔离开关操作机构机械特性的在线监测,利用电流互感器和旋转式位移传感器获得GIS隔离开关动作过程驱动电机电流值、电流-时间曲线及行程-时间曲线,再根据电流值、电流-时间曲线及+5%包络线和隔离开关触头行程-时间曲线的变化规律间接判断隔离开关工作状态是否正常,即监测操作机构是否存在卡涩、驱动电机线圈是否断线、隔离和接地位是否到位等信息。经实际应用证明,该监测装置能够满足对隔离开关操作机构工作状态在线监测的要求。
Statistical data from CIGRE show that most of the mechanical faults of GIS high-voltage disconnectors come from the operating mechanism, and the coil current curve of the driving motor of the operating mechanism is an important parameter that reflects the mechanical characteristics of the disconnectors. For online monitoring of mechanical characteristics of the operating mechanism of HV disconnectors, current value, current-time curve and travel-time curve of the motor in the operating process of GIS disconnectors are obtained via current transformer and rotatory displacement sensor; based on the change law of current value,current-time curve and +5% envelope curve and the travel-time curve of the disconnector contact, the operating conditions of the disconnectors are judged indirectly, namely monitoring whether there is the jamming of operating mechanism, coil breakage of driving motor and disconnection and earthing position are in place or not. The practical application shows that the device can meet the requirements of on-line monitoring of the working status of the disconnector operating mechanism.
