660 MW锅炉超低负荷段燃烧优化试验研究
Experimental Study on Optimized Combustion in Ultra-low Load Section of 660 MW Boiler

摘要(Abstract):

针对某发电厂参与深度调峰、机组负荷段拓宽并且40%~50%负荷段燃烧优化为空白的情况,通过试验找出机组在该负荷段运行状态,分析机组存在的问题,并针对问题进行燃烧优化调整,结果表明:在40%~50%负荷段,再热汽温低于设计值下限10~30℃,280 MW和260 MW的SCR入口NO_X浓度分别高达476.3 mg/m~3和432.6 mg/m~3,高于设计值(350 mg/m~3),优化后再热汽温及锅炉效率平均提高7.2℃和0.25%,折算后煤耗降低0.941 g/k Wh,NO_X降低62.1 mg/m~3。最终确定锅炉在该负荷段的运行方案,可为今后机组实现该负荷段的自动控制提供依据。
In view of the fact that a power plant is involved in deep peak regulation and the expansion of the load section of the unit, and combustion optimization in the 40%~50% load section is blank, first of all, the operation state of the unit in the load section is tested by experiment, and the existing problems of the unit are analyzed; then, according to the problems the combustion optimization adjustment is carried out. The result shows that in the load section of 40%~50% the reheat steam temperature is lower than lower limit of the design value of 10~30℃, the NO_X concentrations of SCR entrance of 280 MW and 260 MW are respectively up to 476.3 mg/m~3 and 432.6 mg/m~3, higher than the design value of 350 mg/m~3, After optimization, the reheat steam temperature and boiler efficiency are increased by 7.2℃ and 0.25% respectively, which means coal consumption can be reduced by 0.941 g/k Wh, and NO_X reduced by 62.1 mg/m~3. The operation program of the boiler in the load section is determined, which provides basis for automatic control of the load section in the future.
