高效蒸汽加热技术在低低温电除尘器中的优化及应用

摘要(Abstract):

为防止低低温电除尘器灰斗积灰及瓷轴瓷套结露"爬电",需提高除尘器加热系统功率。以某600 MW机组超低排放技改项目中低低温电除尘器加热系统为例,将除尘器灰斗、灰斗气化风、瓷轴瓷套电加热方式改造成安全高效的蒸汽加热系统,与电加热或常规蒸汽加热方案相比,节能效果显著,全系统没有产生闪蒸蒸汽,蒸汽热能利用率可达90%,并且对灰斗加热、瓷轴瓷套加热系统进行了优化设计,可彻底解决加热部件温度不均匀、灰斗积灰、腐蚀及瓷轴瓷套"爬电"短路等问题。
In order to prevent low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator(ESP) ash fouling and creepage due to ceramic shaft and bushing condensation, it needs to improve the heating system power of the ESP.Taking low-low temperature ESP heating system in ultra-low emission technological transformation project of600 MW units as an example, electric heating of precipitator ash bunker, ash bucket gasification wind, ceramic shaft and bushing is transformed into safe and efficient steam heating system, which is characterized by its remarkable energy saving effect compared with electric heating and traditional steam heating; besides,there is no flash steam and heat energy utilization rate of the steam is up to 90%. The ash bucket heating and ceramic shaft and bushing heating system is optimized to completely handle uneven temperature of the heated parts, ash bunker fouling, corrosion and short circuit due to ceramic shaft and bushing creepage.
