摘要(Abstract):

乌沙山发电厂在一次DCS系统的异常中,发现FOXBORO公司I/A Series系列的DCS矩阵电源存在供电死角,导致部分控制器失电下线,对机组安全运行造成了严重影响。针对这一隐患,通过试验确定了矩阵电源的供电方式,重新调整了控制器安装位置,避开了供电死角,提高了DCS系统的运行可靠性。
In a DCS system abnormity at Wushashan Power Plant, it is found that there is dead space of I/A series DCS matrix power manufactured by FOXBORO, which causes offline of some controller due to power supply interruption and serious influence on operation safety of the units. In view of this hidden trouble, the mode of matrix power supply is determined by test, the installation place of controller is altered and power supply is kept away from the dead space. Consequentially, operation reliability of DCS system is improved.
