搪瓷换热管在燃煤发电机组MGGH上的应用研究Application of Enamel Heat Exchange Tube in MGGH of Coal-fired Power Generating Units

摘要(Abstract):
随着国家环保要求的不断提高,燃煤火力发电机组烟气超低排放技术的研发和应用得到了迅速发展,火力发电企业对MGGH的需求呈井喷式发展。鉴于MGGH特殊的运行环境,解决其换热管的低温腐蚀是一项关键难题,运用搪瓷换热管能很好地解决这个问题。并从腐蚀成因、低温防腐材料选择以及工程实践等几个方面阐述了搪瓷换热管在MGGH设备独特的应用前景。
With the continuous improvement of the national environmental protection requirements, the development and application of ultra-low flue gas emission technology of coal-fired power generating units develop rapidly, and the demand for MGGH of thermal power generation enterprises increases sharply. In view of the special operation environment of MGGH, it is a key problem to solve the low temperature corrosion of heat exchange tube, and the application of enamel heat exchange tube can solve this problem. In this paper, the unique application prospect of enamel heat exchange tube in MGGH equipment is expounded from several aspects such as the causes of corrosion, the selection of low temperature corrosion protection materials and engineering practice.
