元器件信息识别系统的设计及应用

摘要(Abstract):

在用电信息采集领域,送检的元器件信息识别系统工作主要采用人工作业方式,针对存在的劳动强度大、检测效率低及比对结果可靠性差等问题,设计并实现了一种智能元器件比对系统。通过元器件信息采集装置实现自动化采集;通过元器件信息处理软件实现信息智能识别;通过元器件信息比对软件实现自动化比对,并生成报告。该系统已做成样机并进行测试,验证了其有效性,保证比对结果的正确性与一致性。该系统的成功应用既提高了元器件信息识别工作的检测效率,又提高了元器件比对的准确率,同时降低了人工成本,促进了采集终端检测技术的升级,具有良好的社会经济效益和较好的应用前景。
In the field of electricity consumption information acquisition, the terminal components information recognition system submitted for inspection mainly relies on manual operation, which results in high labour intensity, low detection efficiency and poor reliability of comparison results. In this paper, an intelligent component comparison system is designed and implemented. Automatic acquisition of component information is realized through component information acquisition devices; intelligent identification of component information is achieved through component information processing software; automatic component information comparison is done and the report is generated through component information comparison software. The system is prototyped and tested to verify its effectiveness and ensure the correctness and consistency of the comparison results. The successful application of the system not only improves the detection efficiency of the terminal component information recognition but improves the accuracy of the component comparison, reduces the labour cost and promotes the upgrade of the acquisition terminal detection technology, which has a good social and economic benefits as well as better application prospects.
