660MW超超临界机组振动原因分析与处理

摘要(Abstract):

针对某660 MW超超临界机组低压缸与发电机联轴器两侧轴承在额定转速及带负荷时振动偏大的问题,进行原因分析和相关试验,通过在低发对轮上加重和调整低发联轴器同心度,并增加对轮螺栓预紧力,使机组在额定转速及满负荷时振动问题得以解决。
Aiming at greater vibration of couplings at both sides of low pressure cylinders of 660 MW ultrasupercritical units and generator junction box in rated rotation speed and on-load operation, the causes are analyzed and relevant tests are conducted. By increasing weight of low couplings, adjusting concentricity of low junction box and strengthening retightening force of coupling bolts, vibration of units in rated rotation speed and full-load operation is eliminated.
