摘要(Abstract)：

随着用电采集系统的应用和"集抄集收"新型电费抄收模式的推广,抄表效率大幅提升,电费回收时间余度增加,但同时也造成电费复核工作量剧增,传统电费核算模式制约了工作效率和质量的提高。为此提出了一种多维度智能核算体系,通过调整业务模式并改造营销系统功能,拓展电费核算的内涵和外延,建立电费核算事前、事中、事后"三抓三防三确保"工作体系,其应用效果在绍兴供电公司电费核算实践中得到了验证。
With the application of electric energy information acquisition system and the promotion of "centralized meter reading and charging", meter reading efficiency is significantly raised and the charge collection margin is increased. However, the workload of electricity charges review is increased sharply, which restricts the work efficiency and quality. A multi-dimensional intelligent system for electricity charge review is proposed, which adjusts the work mode, improves functions of marketing system, expands the intension and extension of electric charge review and establishes the work system of "three stresses, three preventions and three guarantees" before, in the middle of and after electric charge calculation. Application effect of the system is verified in charge calculation practice of Shaoxing Power Supply Company.
