摘要(Abstract):

通过介绍SF_6气体放电分解机理及影响因素,对目前常用的气相色谱法、红外吸收光谱法、气体检测管法、电化学传感器法等多种SF_6气体分解产物检测方法的研究进行综述,分析各种检测技术的原理、优点和缺点,得出在不同的试验目的和条件下,应选择合适的检测方法。最后,提出了研究中有待进一步解决的问题和可能的发展方向。
By introducing discharge decomposition mechanism and influencing factors of SF_6, the paper elaborates on the research of common SF_6 decomposition products detection methods such as gas chromatography,infrared spectrometry, gas detector tube, electrochemical sensor and so on; furthermore, it analyzes the principles, merits and demerits of the detection methods and concludes that the appropriate detection methods should be chosen in accordance with the different test purposes and conditions. In the end, the remaining problems in the research and the possible development direction are presented.
