实时/历史数据新平台的数据接入方法

摘要(Abstract):

随着电网信息化建设的不断深入推进,对实时/历史数据新平台的数据接入提出了更高的要求。按照国家电网典型设计和浙江省电力公司数据接入规范的要求,基于OSGi架构,利用Webservice技术实现了平台通用化数据接入方法,并结合输变电设备状态监测应用对该方法进行了测试,可以有效解决原有平台数据接入方式存在的问题,为实时/历史数据新平台提供了统一规范化的数据接入,从而提升了数据接入与管理的效率。
With the development of informatization construction of power grid, there are higher requirements on data access of new real-time/historical database platform. According to typical design of SGCC and requirement of Z(P) EPC on data access specification, this paper uses WebService technology to realize universal data access method based on the OSGi architecture and tests this method in combination with the condition monitoring application of power transmission and distribution equipment. It can effectively solve the problem in existing data access of original platform, providing a unified and standard data access for new real-time/historical data platform, thus enhancing the efficiency of data access and management.
