适用于新型配电自动化的配网实时三相线损计算法A Distribution Network Real-Time Three-Phase Loss Calculation Method Applied to Novel Distribution Automation System

摘要(Abstract):
结合配电自动化系统的实际应用情况以及配网的一些自有特点,利用现场监控单元上传的三相实时数据,提出一种以馈线段而不是整条馈线为基本计算单元的三相实时线损计算方法。该方法利用变结构耗散网络理论,将馈线划分为馈线段,并基于馈线段对段内各个设备进行数学建模,在结合系统实时运行数据的基础上,不仅可以获得比旧有方法精确许多的线损计算结果,而且能计算出所有馈线段内各个设备的详细线损情况,使系统内的线损分布一目了然,有利于运行人员轻松方便地进行配网线损分析与计算,为进一步优化配网系统提供了有利依据。
According to the practical situation of distribution automation system and some characteristics of distribution network,A new loss calculation method for10kV distribution network is presented by making use of the three_phase distribution monitored data.This new method divides feeder line into feeder sections based on the variable structure dissipated network theory,then models every facility in these feeder secˉtions.Combined with real_time monitored data,not only the calculation accuracy is improved,but also the detailed losses of feeder sections can be obtained,therefore,the loss distributing of distribution system can be required clearly.Consequently,the method can help personnel carry through distribution loss analysis and calculation simply and can give powerful reference in optimizing distribution system further.
