一起下击暴流导致500 kV输电线路倒塔事故原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

强风是导致输电线路倒塔的主要自然灾害。为揭示一起输电线路倒塔事故原因,基于灾损现场调查结果,结合气象雷达监测数据及杆塔力学模型分析结果,还原了输电线路故障及受损过程。分析结果显示,此次灾损具有不连续、多尺度和强灾害时空尺度小等特征,符合强对流大风中的下击暴流典型特点,下击暴流大风为引发此次事故的直接原因。该结论可为同类型大风灾害下的故障分析及下击暴流作用下的输电线路失效机理研究提供参考。
Strong breeze is a major natural disaster that leads to transmission line collapse. In order to reveal the causes of a transmission line tower collapse, the paper recaptures the transmission line fault and damage process based on the field investigation results, data collected by weather surveillance radar and analysis results from the mechanical model of the tower. The analysis results show that the disaster, characterized by discontinuity, multiple scales and small spatial-temporal scale of a strong disaster, tallies with the typical features of downburst in severe convective wind gust which is the direct cause of the collapse. The conclusion of fault analysis can provide a useful reference for the subsequent fault analysis under the same type of wind disaster and the study of transmission line failure mechanism under the action of a downburst.
