Cause Analysis and Treatment on Vibration of Condensate Pipe of 1 000 MW Steam Turbine Generating Units

摘要(Abstract):

分析了神华国华宁海发电有限公司1 000 MW汽轮机组投产后存在的凝结水管道振动大的原因,通过对凝结水主调节阀阀芯结构的改造及凝结水管道支吊架的修复、加固等技术措施,有效解决了凝结水管道振动问题,消除了凝结水系统运行中的安全隐患。
The paper analyzes cause for excessive vibration of condensate pipe of 1 000 MW steam turbine generating units of Shenhua Guohua Ninghai Power Generating Co., Ltd., by reconstruction of valve core of main condensate regulating valve, restoration and reinforcement of hangers of condensate pipes, the vibration of condensate pipes is effectively solved and potential hazards in operation of condensate system are eliminated.
